Been an NGO run by females in STEM fields it also seeks to inspire not only young ladies to jointhis fields but as well as to pursue careers related to it so as to bridge the gap between the two opposite sexes. |

Career workshops
TechChix runs career workshops in schools to help young girls choose careers wisely and more importantly careers in the fields of Science,Technology,Engineering and Mathematics.

Jitambue project
A program run by TechChix that takes up girls that couldn't complete school because of one reaason or another but are interested in STEM and trains them to reach their goals.

InternshipWe know that the experience that girls in this fields need are bigger thus why they need to do internships at great places.We link them to great organizations,as well as potential places for employment.

Training
Technology is a fast evolving field hence the need for people to update themselves on a regular basis.TechChix understanding the need for this,we host and organize several trainings to update our team as well as ladies in this fields.

Innovations
we believe that the future belongs to those who are creative and innovative hence innovation is part and parcel of what we teach.We hold sessions to inspire people to do more as well as provide them with means to do so.

Train the trainee
Though we train students on usage of ICT,we are still aware that the teachers who teach them and whom they are with on a daily basis are not technology based hence the same as zero work.So we take it upon ourselfs to hold training sessions for the trainers of the trainee.
